Truskett Law does more than just advocating for your legal needs. We’re also dedicated to our (and your) community. If you’ve worked with us in the past, you know that we will represent your best interests any way we can, whether you have been in a motor vehicle crash, were injured by dangerous products, in a slip or trip and fall, or another injury case, but we are also genuinely dedicated to improving the Tulsa community. This is why we regularly invest in our city through acts of service and helping those in need.
Lawyers Fighting Hunger was established in 2011 with a mission to fight hunger and increase food security for those in need. The organization holds many events to end the fight against hunger, with its biggest event being held in November. Each year, volunteers prepare turkey dinners to be distributed to homeless communities for Thanksgiving. Lawyers Fighting Hunger also provides grants to other nonprofit organizations that help fight hunger in the state of Oklahoma.
At Truskett Law, we are passionate about helping those who are less fortunate and investing in the community we live in. Lawyers Fighting Hunger allows us to fulfill both of these passions and participate in the continuous improvement of the Tulsa community. We are passionate about investing in the society we live in and helping those who are less fortunate. We’re very proud to have helped raise over $100,000 for 2015.

Truskett Law is passionate about helping those who are suffering from hunger. That’s why, for the third year in a row, Truskett Law is helping to give back with other trial lawyers across Oklahoma to give thousands of turkeys to families who could be hungry this Thanksgiving. Many folks are in need this holiday season, and we are honored and privileged to be in a position to give. Lawyers Fighting Hunger is a group of Oklahoma trial attorneys who have joined with other excellent local organizations and has raised over $90,000 to provide turkeys to families in Oklahoma City, Norman, El Reno, Mustang, and Tulsa.
This mission is vital to the Truskett Law team because Oklahoma is one of the nation’s hungriest states, with about one in six people suffering from hunger. It’s extraordinarily troublesome in the winter because lots of families are choosing between food and utilities that they need to keep them warm and safe during the coldest months of the year. That’s why it is so important to us that these families have a nutritious holiday meal.
