Meeting with John
Initial Consultation

During this step, John will ask you questions to collect information about your medical treatment, witnesses of the incident and others involved. This will help him in determining whether you are legally entitled to damages.

Below is a non-exhaustive list of things to expect from your consultation:

• You will be asked to sign a medical release form so that John is able to gather medical records on your behalf.
• You will be asked to provide him with all details concerning your insurance coverage.
• You will be asked if you have talked to or been interviewed by an insurance adjuster or anyone else about your injuries.
• You will be asked about the status of your injuries resulting from the incident.

If John decides to take your case on, he will do so on a contingency basis. This means that he won’t receive a fee unless the case settles.
